1/2 Day (up to 4 hours per party)
$300/hourly per party, up to 4 hours, 2 hour minimum, for domestic matters. Any additional amount of time will be charged an additional hourly rate.
- No travel charges to attorneys offices in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
- No Administrative Charges
- More simple cases with limited issues
Complimentary Beverages will be provided for Counsel and the Parties.
Full Day (up to 8 hours – 2 parties)
$325/hourly per Party; a four (4) hour minimum, for domestic matters. Any additional amount of time will be charged an additional hourly rate.
- No travel charges to attorneys offices in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
- No Administrative Charges
- More involved cases with more complex issues
Complimentary Lunch can be provided at an additional cost. Under Serving Clients across California and beyond Office based in Long Beach, CA
Terms of Service:
Payment: We require full payment seven (7) days prior to the mediation date. No personal checks are accepted.
Payments are to be made at https://www.resolvedmediationservices.com/online-payment/
Persons representing themselves (Pro se), shall remit payment of fees prior to the mediation date.

Governing Law and Venue:
Any disputes relating to all agreements and/or services between the parties shall be governed by the laws in the county of Los Angeles California.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for Mediations or must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.
If not, the Mediation fees must be paid in full.
All cancelations must be confirmed in writing via email.
