Many mediators, including attorneys and retired judges, having mediation experience, maintain that they can mediate any dispute. It\u2019s true that they can mediate, but how well do they truly understand the issues without reverting to the law, few have ability to put together a business solution, regardless of the law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
